A collaborative, community death exploration where we explore themes of death, grieving, and transformation. This will open with a community/home funeral where folks will get to witness the beauty of preparing and shrouding one of our community members. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and allow everyone the space to dream into their own mortality and eventual deaths. There are stations for art, breath + movement, paperwork (think 5 Wishes, Simple Advance Directives worksheets), and a tea station. This is a collaborative effort with one of the local queer art collectives that includes a grief/loss group facilitator.
